-Assuming various bug fixes such as Sorc bug fix & Druid bug fix
-Rogue Exploits fixes Dagger & Exploit Weakness
-Assuming tune down of Basic & new mandatory unique
S+ Tier Class & Build
-Pen Shot Rogue: 150 clear, caltrops Nerf -50% but umbrocrux makes up for it.
-Rapid Fire Rouge: Totem bug, caltrops Nerf -50% but umbrocrux makes up for it.
-Bone Spirit Necromancer: 1 shots everything high 140 clears, crazy syerngy with new unique, paragon buff.
S Tier Class & Build
-Victimize Heartseeker Rogue
-Andariel Rogue: Easy 140 clear, caltrops Nerf -50% but umbrocrux makes up for it.
-Landslide Druid: 133 live+ 14 Tier buff dps, hitting for billions.
-Blizzard Sorc: Roughly x2 dmg.
-Frozen Orb Sorc: Roughly x2 dmg.
-Ball Lightning Sorc: Roughly x2 dmg.
-Direct Bash Barb: Easy 130clear, bash dmg/5 & key passive from x2 to 1.3x.
A Tier Class & Build
-Pulverize Druid: Huge buffs.
-Wind Shear Druid: Still great with new Uniques.
-Fire Bolt Shatter Sorc: Immortal no more, Shatter no more AoE.
