The datamine for Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred discloses all of the new content that will be included in the updated version of the game.

1) Mephisto will now take on the role of the primary antagonist in this conflict.

2) A brand-new neighborhood known as Kurast

In addition, it seems that the Kurast region that will be featured in Diablo 2 is something that the leaks are trying to hint at. It is anticipated that its size will be comparable to that of the regions that are already included in the game, making it one of the more significant additions that will be included in the Lord of Hatred expansion.

There is also the possibility that we will be moved to a different class. Leaked information about Diablo 4 suggests that the new class will be called Spiritborn, and that its attacks and abilities will be based on natural occurrences. Additionally, the information suggests that the new class will have access to new features. The addition of a new class is most likely going to be the aspect of the update that players are most looking forward to having fun with.

4) An economic system based on mercenaries

5) An offensive against the Tomb of Akarat

The final thing that the 2.0 datamine offers a clue about is the operation that will take place in the Tomb of Akarat. The most recent rumors indicate that the raid will have a Karza-based theme, and that it will consist of five wings that players will have to fight their way through in order to reach the end boss.

Blizzard has not yet provided players with an official release date for the game; however, many members of the community believe that the expansion will be available not long after the conclusion of Season 3; however, players have not yet been given an official release date for the game. Blizzard has already spent money on expenses related to their plans to add a brand-new expansion to the game on an annual basis, and these expenses will continue. As a direct result of this, it is highly likely that Lord of Hatred will be canceled after the conclusion of its third season sometime between the months of April and July 2024. This will take place somewhere in the middle of those two seasons.
