Even though the Gloam-Eyed Queen only makes a brief appearance during the course of the events that take place in the Elden Rings story, it's possible that this will be the very last time players ever see this character in their entire lives. If the Gloam-Eyed Queen were given more opportunities to appear in the game, then the questions that have been raised by the community regarding this character could be answered once and for all. However, as things stand right now, this character continues to maintain a high level of secrecy, and it's possible that they won't even show up in the base game at all. This is just the current state of affairs. The community as a whole has a great deal of speculation regarding this character's potential future appearance in Elden Ring, and a lot of it is circulating right now.

It's possible that the release of a specialized expansion will be required in order to give this character the level of visibility that they so rightfully deserve at this point in time. If the community's theory about the identity of the character is accurate, this may not be possible given the path that each of Elden Ring's multiple possible endings take, including the sequence of events that lead up to them. However, if the community's theory is incorrect, it is possible that this will be possible.

The true identity of the Queen with the Gloaming Eyes is one of the secrets that Elden Ring guards with the utmost care and discretion. At this point in the game, the only way for the character that is presumed to be the Gloam-Eyed Queen to successfully return to the Lands Between is for the player to complete the story using the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending. In a fit of rage, Melina takes up the mantle of the Gloam-Eyed Queen after the player character throws the future of the Lands Between into the anarchy of the Frenzied Flame. However, the game comes to an end before any further development of this scenario can take place, including the determination of whether or not Melina is in fact the Gloam-Eyed Queen. The former legacy of the Gloam-Eyed Queen continues to live on in the background details of Elden Ring, such as the descriptions of certain items. This is in addition to the possibility that the Gloam-Eyed Queen will make a personal appearance. However, the true identity of the character and their potential role in the future of the Lands Between continue to be shrouded in mystery, despite the fact that these artifacts hold the key to unlocking the history of the Gloam-Eyed Queen.

Before Melina can go back to the Lands Between and resume her duties as the Gloam-Eyed Queen, there are a couple of conditions that need to be satisfied first

- In most of the endings to the Elden Ring story, Melina meets her end at a predetermined stage in the process

- This occurs in the majority of the resolutions

- These issues are addressed and resolved at the conclusion of the narrative

- When the player reaches this point without having the Frenzied Flame to act as the catalyst in the place of Melina, Melina will offer herself up as a sacrifice in order to rekindle the flame of the Giants

- Melina's willingness to make the ultimate sacrifice for the Giants' cause is the reason why this is the situation

- If Melina is, in fact, the Gloam-Eyed Queen, then the Lord of Frenzied Flame, or at least parts of it, would have to be acknowledged as canon as well

- This is because the Lord of Frenzied Flame references Melina

- There is a way for players to save Melina that does not involve staking a claim to the throne of the Elden Lord in the name of the Frenzied Flame

However, despite the fact that taking this route does not directly result in Melina becoming what is commonly known as the Gloam-Eyed Queen, it is still possible for Melina to be saved by using this method. In any case, there is no evidence to suggest which of the numerous possible conclusions for Elden Ring is actually canon at the moment, nor is there evidence to suggest that Melina is in fact the Gloam-Eyed Queen. In addition, there is no evidence to suggest that the Elden Ring is actually a portal to another dimension. The conclusion of the Elden Rings will have a significant impact on the order in which the upcoming game expansions will be released. The conclusion involving the Lord of Frenzied Flame is generally considered to be unsatisfactory because it entails obliterating all of the Lands Between in an effort to snuff out the Greater Will. This is the case because the conclusion involves the Lord of Frenzied Flame. Any expansions to the story of Elden Ring would have to take place either before or during the events that lead up to the conclusion of Elden Ring if the conclusion of Lord of Frenzied Flame is considered to be the official canon for the story of Elden Ring.
